Interview to Sergio López: The youngest Diamond in the history of LibertàGià-
The Spanish leader, only 23 years old, has been able to achieve the Diamond level at the Career Plan of the company. This young entrepreneur is an example of hard work and professional success.
Sergio Lopez has done an excellent job as a leader, providing constant support to his team and developing the project of the company through numerous conferences and trips to present the business plan of LibertàGià.

Libertá News has spoken with the Spanish entrepreneur to know more about him:

For how long have you been working at LibertáGiá?
I registered at LibertàGià on 11/09/2013. I can say I am part of this company since its inception, when it was at the pre-launching phase. I have believe in this project since the beginning.

Do you work in other place or do you work full-time at LibertàGià?
I am fully dedicated to the project of LibertàGià, I believe that to be focused only on one project is vital, both in business and in life in general. It is very important to be focused 100% in what you do, and in my case I am exclusively dedicated to this project.

How is to work at LibertàGià?
It is very rewarding. LibertàGià is the only company I have worked where all members can have direct contact with the corporate team. To be in contact with the corporate team of LibertàGià makes our work much easier and gives us much more confidence to further develop this project.

How did you know about the company?
I had a conversation with Javier Figueiras on Facebook. He is now my sponsor, and I am extremely grateful for the great work he does, and all the support he gave me during these months of intense work.

What box did you buy to register at LibertàGià?
I started this project with the Box Bronze, and due to the work of the whole team I have been able to reach the level of Diamond, where I am right now.

How long did it take you to reach the level of Diamond?
It’s funny, because I set a goal to myself when I started this project which was to reach the level of Diamond for my birthday. And this has been the case, no more and no less, on May 15, I reached this category . This means I have reached this level in 8 months and 4 days.

How does it feel to have reached the Diamond level?
I felt a great satisfaction, not because the category itself, but for what it means:
“That many people on my team trust me and work in this great project that is LibertàGià, and that with this work, we are helping to improve the situation of hundreds of families”.

What is your next goal?
Right now, my goal is not related to myself, I want to help my team to reach categories at the Career Plan of LibertàGià. I want 10 Diamonds among my team for this current year, this is definitely my Goal.
For this purpose, we’re setting up an office in Valencia, Spain, in order to help the team grow faster and faster within the Career Plan of the company.

Do you think the project of LibertàGià can grow even more?
Sure. Not only do I think it can grow, but I’m sure it will. With the great corporate team LibertàGià has, headed by our President Rui Salvador, I do not doubt that this is going to be one of the largest companies in the market of technology and innovation.

Do you want to say something to your team?
Of course, I want to thank all of them again, because without them this would not have been possible.
It’s the team that makes this going on and helps to grow steadily. Therefore, the credit of this Diamond is undoubtedly due to all of them, especially some people like my good friend Jacinto Ribas, Tomeu Capella, Oscar Sutil, Manu Granada, Jorge Nogales, Javier Martinez, Mila Magda, Teresa Cru, Dani Catalá, Juanjo Villalba and a long list of incredible professionals.
